Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If our product does not work for you, you receive a damaged item or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with more than 75% of product remaining, and in its original packaging. You will need to present your order number in your refund request.

To start a return, contact us at Support@PivotTopicals.com. State your reason for the return and your order number. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once submitted, inquiries about your return should be directed to Support@PivotTopicals.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the bottle is damaged and does not dispense product or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and update you about whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want, should you receive the wrong item, is to return the item, as instructed above. Once we receive the return, we will provide you an electronic code, with which you may make a separate purchase for a new item.

Limitations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Refunds are limited to the cost of the product and excludes shipping and handling charges.
